RESNET Proposes Amendments to National Energy Audit Standard

After three years of consensus building, in April 2008, the RESNET Board of Directors adopted a national energy audit standard. When it adopted the standard, RESNET saw the standard as a starting point and pledged to continue to refine the standard as it found ways to improve it.

RESNET is proposing a set of enhancements to the energy audit standard. To view the proposed changes click on Proposed Amendment to Energy Audit Standard.

RESNET is seeking comments on the proposed enhancements to the standard. Public comments on the proposed amendments will be accepted until October 1, 2008.
